Hawks Fall At Mobile

MOBILE, Ala.- Off the heels of their home tournament, Huntingdon Beach Volleyball kicked off a four-match road trip this afternoon, falling 5-0 to the University of Mobile. See below for the comprehensive match-by-match breakdown of today's contest. 

1. Morgan Suggs and Kinsley Martin were defeated by Emma Hampton and Gabby Sheffield 21-5 and 21-16
2. Carryne Chancey and Molly Wilson were defeated by Rachael Dunaway and Jaci Drinnon 21-12 and 21-8
3. Jenna Dupee and Destin Roberts were defeated by Peyton Frazer and Kaylin Johnson 22-20 and 21-12
4. A'Kirra McElveen and Cheyenne Ashworth were defeated by Ryles Warren and Emma McPherson 21-19 and 21-4
5. Hannah Rutherford and Mileah Prince were defeated by Bella Donna and Sophie Dorris 21-11 and 21-14
6. Sara Cochran/Maycie Black and Jessie Eunice /Lauren Mason were defeated by Georgia Simmons and Caroline Bailey 21-11 and 21-19

The Hawks return to action this weekend at the Badger Beach Bash hosted by Spring Hill College. They kick things off on Friday, February 27th against LaGrange in a double-header. Matches are set for 9:00 and 10:00 AM CT. They following with another pair of matches against Berry College that day at 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
