Brown earns CCS Rookie Of The Week

MONTGOMERY, Ala.-   Freshman guard BJ Brown has earned CCS Rookie of the Week honors for his performances against Oglethorpe and Centre in the LaGrange Tournament.

Against Oglethorpe, Brown scored 16 points, five rebounds, four assists, and three steals in a 3 point loss. He followed this performance with 16 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 steal against Centre.

Also nominated: Arturo Overton (Piedmont); Keith Williams (Maryville); Samuel Moss (LaGrange).

Catch BJ and the Hawks back in action on Tuesday, November 21st, as they travel to the Mississippi University for Women to take on the Owls. Tip off is set for 5 pm CT.
