Dalan Bunn Named CCS Track Rookie Of The Week

ATLANTA, Ga.- The Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) has announced its men's track and field weekly honors, released by the league office on Tuesday.

Taking home the award for the first time since Cross Country season was Huntingdon's Dalan Bunn.

Bunn posted a pair of strong distance performances at the Berry Field Day Invitational. The freshman set a personal best in the 1500-meter run with a time of 4:23.68 and followed it up with a third-place finish in the 3000-meter steeplechase, clocking in at 10:56.47.

Bunn and the Hawks are gearing up for the Collegiate Conference of the South Championships hosted by Maryville College on April 23rd and 24th.
