David Burgess Claims Victory At The Spartan Mat Classic

NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind.- Returning to action for the first time since the Hawk Classic Open, Huntingdon men's wrestling hit the road to compete in the Spartan Mat Classic hosted by Manchester University.

Senior David Burgess claimed victory in the 174 weight class, making this his third championship victory at the Spartan Mat Classic in his career.  Sequentially, his victory in the finals also served as the 100th of his career.

Senior Nicholas Brashear also had an excellent outing, finishing 2nd in the 194 weight class.
